I’ve been a resident of Bullhead City since 1996 and have
been involved in several businesses here as well as local
business and community organizations.  I have over 40 years
business management experience, with organizations ranging
from large corporations to sole proprietorships and start-up
businesses.  As such I'm very well versed in the expectations
of investors large and small, and can offer valuable help in
even the most complex Investment and Commercial
transactions in addition to Residential properties.

Perhaps more importantly, Real Estate Sales is not just how I
make a living – it is the source of my personal pride and
fulfillment through helping my clients achieve their goals.  I
rely on my past personal experiences that have given me a
clear appreciation for the needs and wants of both the buyer
and seller.  Prior to moving here I relocated over ten times
due to job transfers, each time involving the sale and
purchase of my family residence.  I fully understand the stress
